Delivery Service Eligibility 🚚

Once certified and issued a Kentucky medical marijuana card, in-state qualified patients (or their caregivers) become eligible for medical cannabis delivery from state-licensed dispensaries, as permitted under Kentucky law.

Kentucky allows delivery, and dispensaries may serve patients directly - even delivering up to the 30 day medical supply limits set by law.

Kentucky’s medical cannabis program offers legal delivery options to registered patients - and select visitors - who meet defined criteria. As conditions evolve and new diagnoses may be added to Kentucky’s qualifying list, it is important to stay up to date with the latest information.
